The influence of packaging materials on the packaging effect of commodities
packaging has the function of protecting and storing commodities, beautifying and promoting commodities, and can affect the sales of commodities. The traditional packaging concept emphasizes the protection function, while the modern packaging mainly emphasizes the essence of meeting product requirements and consumer needs. Packaging materials are the material basis of commodity packaging. Packaging materials rely on the development of science and technology and change day by day. At the same time, it also makes the packaging form ever-changing. As we will continue to use the latest and earliest technology, designers must be familiar with the characteristics of various packaging materials, so that they can be used scientifically in packaging design, so as to design a beautiful and unique shape and structure, and provide consumers with more product information and choices. Packaging materials have experienced a long process of development. In primitive society, people used leaves, shells, bamboo tubes, gourds and other natural materials to package food. In the Northern Song Dynasty, paper, cloth and other packaging materials were used; With the development of modern industry, metal, glass, plastic and other packaging materials have emerged one after another, expanding new application fields. At present, the commonly used packaging materials include paper, plastic, glass and metal
paper is one of the four great inventions in ancient China. It has a wide range of resources, light weight, low cost, good folding, suitable for printing, recyclable and many other advantages. It is called "green packaging material", and is the most widely used packaging material. As the carrier of product information, paper can make the appearance of product packaging free and changeable, full of personality, give consumers a refreshing feeling, and enhance the visual effect of product packaging. Paper packaging materials can be divided into three categories: paper, paperboard and corrugated paper
as a packaging material, plastic has the characteristics of good water resistance, oil resistance, transparency, cold resistance, drug resistance, low cost, light weight, coloring, easy processing, etc., and can be molded into a variety of shapes for packaging and printing. Plastic can be divided into plastic film and plastic container according to the form used for packaging
metal materials began to be used in packaging in the early 19th century. With the progress of manufacturing technology, metal packaging has become a popular packaging form. It can isolate the entry of air, light, water vapor and the emission of aroma. It has the advantages of good airtightness, impact resistance and strong re airtightness. It can preserve food for a long time, and is valued by people. With the development of iron printing technology, the appearance is more and more beautiful. Now the commonly used metal packaging materials mainly include: Horse 1:3 iron sheet, aluminum, aluminum foil and composite materials
glass was used as a container in ancient Egypt in the 15th and 16th centuries BC. It has a series of advantages, such as high transparency and corrosion resistance, simple manufacturing process, free and changeable shape, high hardness, heat resistance, cleanness, easy cleaning, airtight, easy sealing, reusable, rich raw materials, low price, etc., which is in line with the connotation of green packaging materials. As a packaging material, glass is mainly used in food, oil, alcohol, beverages, condiments, cosmetics, and liquid chemical products, etc., and is widely used
in addition to the above four main packaging materials, wood, ceramics, textiles, etc. are also often used as packaging materials. In packaging design, the selection of materials is often based on the basic principles of scientificity, economy and applicability. Packaging materials show different packaging effects, and reasonable selection of packaging materials plays an important role in the overall effect of packaging
the traditional culture of the Chinese nation for thousands of years has formed a unique oriental cultural style, and also bred a profound packaging culture with the main parameters shown in Table 2. Rich natural resources provide conditions for the diversity of packaging materials. The unique materials reflect the unique folk traditional craft characteristics of the Chinese nation, such as grass, rattan, bamboo, willow, cotton, hemp, rice paper and other characteristic packaging materials, reflect a simple packaging image, produce strong traditional cultural characteristics, and also form a unique visual image of Chinese packaging
the packaging of "Lake Wine" and "Huanglong jade liquid" has won high praise in the field of design in the world, and was selected as a permanent collection by the National Museum of Paris, France, in 1988. If you want to know more about the experimental machine, please refer to the detailed information collection. The "wine of the lake" is packed with pottery, bamboo, bamboo shoot shell and cloth. The outer package is made of bamboo slips, which are strung together and salty. The bamboo slips are tied with two ropes, which is very similar to the classic books used for chronicles in ancient times. Untie the rope, and a yellow slow cloth with ancient wine formula and history printed in calligraphy on one side appears in front of you, mysteriously containing a kind of secluded culture. The design that resonates more is a ceramic bottle in the shape of a primary color blank. The ancient ceramic bottle has a Banpo ceramic appearance. The words are engraved on the bottle body, the bottleneck and seal are 1:3 wrapped with bamboo shoots and leaves, and the copper coin used in ancient China symbolizes the purity and classicality of wine. The bottle body of "Huanglong jade liquid" is made of clay, and the shape is taken from the prototype of Fengwei pot in Tang Dynasty. From the appearance, the black glaze is flowing, the wind mouth is high, the faucet is low, and the wind is ancient and clumsy. Yin Liu on the bottle gives the name of the wine and the text description, which is simple and kind, showing a literary style of Yan and Huang
traditional Chinese packaging materials are used in the packaging of "Lake Wine" and "Huanglong jade liquid", which reflects the ancient and simple visual image. This simple visual image of packaging is directly related to the choice of materials in packaging. Therefore, when we pursue the visual effect of product packaging, we should fully consider the impact of the choice of packaging materials on the packaging effect
the success of the packaging image of "Lake Wine" and "Huanglong jade liquid" shows that the designer attaches importance to the design of product outer packaging and thinks about the three-dimensional packaging design, and also makes a detailed and strict design research on the application of materials. Another example is "Gujing spring wine". In the packaging design, the characteristics of materials are used to show the characteristics of products, so that the internal attributes of materials and products are fully combined, showing the ancient Chinese cultural characteristics, and achieving a good packaging effect
packaging is a commercial work. Designers must meet the needs of the market and create a good visual effect is the goal of every packaging electronic universal experimental designer who can almost complete the closed-loop control of parameters such as experimental force, deformation and displacement. The visual effect of commodity packaging will play an important role in promoting commodity sales and increasing commodity competitiveness. Packaging material is the only real material that can be touched by consumers in product packaging, and the contact with consumers is more intuitive and specific. Packaging materials play the role of information carrier in commodity packaging. Due to the different properties of the materials themselves, the packaging manufacturing process is also different, and the naturally produced visual effects are also different. Therefore, the selection of packaging materials in packaging design is an important part of packaging design, and it is also one of the main factors affecting the packaging effect. For a packaging designer, mastering excellent design techniques is only a necessary skill. At the same time, he must be familiar with the characteristics of various packaging materials and be clear about the effect of each material, so as to give full play to the role of materials, reflect the best packaging visual effect with the help of materials and make the best commodity packaging
